We guarantee to beat the price of any identical stocked item currently available in any physical store or online store based in Australia (excluding drop shipper stores). This includes all delivery charges.

Qualifications for price matching:

Your product may qualify for price matching if it meets the following criteria:

• The products must be identical, including brand, model, and color.
• The competitor’s product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase or delivery.
• The competitor must be an Australian-based retail store or website selling directly to the public and shipping from within Australia.
• When price matching online stores, we also consider the additional cost of delivery charged by the competitor website.

Exclusions from the Price Match Guarantee:

The following items are not eligible for price matching:

• Cashback and coupon offers (e.g., supplier cashback or reduced price available through paper coupon or electronic code)
• Commercial quantities and pricing (e.g., reduced prices not available to the general public)
• Stock liquidations (e.g., competitor clearance products or goods sold by a business in receivership)
• Australian online stores labeled as drop shippers or with statements such as “Availability: In-Stock at Supplier,” “Special order,” “Leaves warehouse in 3-7 business days,” “Order-In,” “Pre-orders,” “Back Orders,” “Limited Stock,” “Shipped by manufacturer distributor,” or “Shipped by Partner”
• Online stores located overseas
• Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers (Vendors) on websites
• Pricing available only to select groups of customers, including loyalty offers, discounts related to non-warehouse membership programs, and government exchange
• Prices supported by a competitor’s sales receipt
• Products sold through third-party marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, etc.)
• Products supplied through unauthorized distributors (known as ‘grey market’ items) or delivered directly to customers from an overseas distributor
• Pricing errors
• Products with prices set significantly lower than the recommended retail price or market value
• Products with prices below our cost price (the price at which we purchase the product)

Please note that price matches are offered at our discretion, and while we will make every effort to honor them, we reserve the right to decline a price match request.
